Caledon covers up to 50% of renovation costs to a maximum of $4,000 for designated heritage properties.
The program specifically names windows, doors, chimneys, porches, masonry and roofs among eligible work. That is a clearer list of covered elements than most municipalities publish, which makes it easier to know in advance whether your project qualifies.
