Cambridge covers 50% of eligible conservation work on designated heritage properties, to a maximum of $5,000 per calendar year.

The deadline is the thing to note. Applications must reach the Policy Planning Division by the last business day of January. This is one of the few Ontario heritage grant programs with a single fixed annual cutoff rather than a rolling or open intake. Miss it and you wait a full year.

Because the cap is per calendar year rather than per project, multi-year restoration work can draw on the program more than once.
