Collingwood funds one half of eligible project costs to a maximum of $3,000 for properties designated under Part IV or Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act.
The application window is fixed and early. Applications are accepted October 1 to December 15 for the following year. If you are planning spring or summer restoration work, the application goes in the autumn before — nearly a year ahead of the work itself. This catches a lot of owners out.
